About Us

We are not an estate agent and do not carry any properties for sale ourselves. Our aim is to provide support and 'bolt on' services to enhance those provided by our industry partners, or to be able to assist buyers and sellers directly with their journey through the property jungle.

We are local people with local knowledge, having lived and worked in Rossendale over the last 18 years. We come from a background in commercial property development with Daniel Thwaites plc and, more latterly, our own residential property letting and development business.

We are currently working closely with Rossendale's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and its Economic Steering Group, who are overseeing the implementation of the regeneration and marketing strategy for Rossendale. Through this we hope to promote Rossendale as a great place to live, work and bring up children.

Based in Rossendale, South Lancashire, we offer a comprehensive range of services to private clients as well as estate agents, solicitors, relocation agents, landlords and Home Information Pack providers.

Partnership Working is The Way Forward

We hope to 'lead the pack' by bringing important benefits to our local partners, such as:

  • Competitive HIP/EPC fees – tiered for your local market
  • Local knowledge – having lived and worked locally for 18 years
  • Directly contactable – our direct numbers (not a distant call centre) will be on our reports and available to agents, sellers and buyers 7 days a week.
  • Rapid response – we will carry out an EPC site visit within 2 working days of an enquiry and file an EPC within 24 hours – vital for getting that house on the market! We could even carry out urgent visits on the same day or at weekends.
  • Reliability – a professional service by people who have a high degree of commitment. As the reports will be done by the same people there will be consistancy and good working relationships built over time.
  • Independent – We are not employed by any Rossendale Estate Agency.

We are fully qualified Home Inspectors and accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA). We will be working with some of the organisations and panels that will be offering full HIP services but we are also keen to work directly with local agents, especially if you want to include a HCR with your standard marketing services, or if a client opts for a full HCR to give their property an 'edge'. Our 'Pre HCR Assessment' could prove invaluable for sellers unsure of committing to a full report. Please ask us about this unique service.
